Add a thin line of IG2 under each fold of the dress. Soften the edges of the grey line with the blender pen. It's very faint so apologies but this was the best image I could get.

Colour most of the jacket and hat in IG2 leaving a bit of white space as a highlight

Add some shading by adding IG5. Colour over the previous layer without extending out as far (leaving some of the lighter colour showing)

Add an bit of IG7 in the areas where the deepest shading would occur or where the light would hit last

Blend the joins in the shades and if your prefer the shoes to be a little darker add in some IG9. Add highlights to the flowers, if you would like a bit of colour pink or red will also work nicely for the flowers. Finish with a glitter pen to add some bling:-)
